A guy with a really strong accent called, saying he was from BT Openreach. He claimed there was something wrong with my broadband speed and wanted to run some tests. I knew straight away it was dodgy, so I just let him carry on. He asked me to get on my computer, but I played dumb and told him it was running really slow. After a bit, I said I’d rather just hang up and ring BT myself on my mobile. Right after that, he ended the call.
