Got a call in the afternoon, some woman claiming she was from Sky. She had a bit of an accent that made it hard to catch what she was saying. When I asked her to say it again, she basically shouted at me through the phone. From what I managed to pick up, she was talking about some sort of refund for an overpayment and wanted my bank info. I just said I'd ring Sky directly to sort it and hung up while she was going on about something. Didn’t even bother to hear the rest.
