The voice on the other end was really odd, like they were in some noisy place with a bunch of people chatting all around. They claimed to be from BT and said my internet was having issues and that they’d be fixing it. They asked me to log on to my laptop and check the speed by typing something weird into my browser. I faked typing for a bit then just cut the call. I’m gonna ring my actual provider to be sure. It felt pretty fishy to me.
