Looks like these calls are coming from London, UK. The people ringing up claim to be from your internet provider, but they shouldn’t be asking about your router setup or anything like that. Tell them you'll ring back, but never give them any details. They’ll probably just drop the call. If you hear that automated “goodbye” message, my tip is to block the number straight away and keep blocking any others that pop up. Even better, just ignore the calls completely and then block them - after a while, BT will stop giving out dummy numbers like these.
