Without a doubt, this is pure spam. I've had three calls today from numbers beginning with 020 3318, and shortly after, this one buzzed through. I managed to have a chat with a rep from one of the calls, and insisted that they remove my number from their records and not share it with any third parties. He abruptly cut me off, and since then, the calls have continued. No amount of reasoning seems to help; frankly, it’s best to disregard all calls until they finally slow down. It’s quite exasperating, especially since these digits start with a "London" code, leaving one unsure if it’s a legitimate client or just more spam.
