We've had a bit of a chat with Microsoft already. During our last online session, it seemed like our computer had a serious glitch. We couldn’t stick around on the phone for long as we had to dash off, but we did ask for their contact number. Fortunately, our computer is running smoothly now, with no issues at all. Our antivirus software is up to date and hasn’t flagged any viruses or spam. We’re just keen to find out who these people are!
