Had an irritating phone call from an unknown number claiming to be the Office of Fair Trading. They were trying to entice me with promises of refunds on my utility bills once I verified my details. They even gave me the proper address for the OFT. After a bit of back and forth, they said they’d reach out again later, but did leave me this number. Not impressed at all!

I’ve received a couple of referrals from what appears to be the Office of Fair Trading. They've suggested that I should be able to reclaim the extra charges on my utility bills, and I must say, I’ve got my doubts. They did mention the correct address for the OFT and assured me they’re looking into it. Nonetheless, they said they’d get back to me, and I made sure to jot down the contact number.
