I received a call promoting a supposedly improved life insurance package, stating that I already had a policy with Legal and General. However, that’s far from the truth.

Got calls from 020 8806 2402 more than once, definitely seemed like a scam, so I've blocked it now.

somebody rang me off the bat saying they were selling life insurance. then they started throwing loads of medical questions at me. i told them i didn’t feel right about it and just ended the call.

I got a call from someone claiming I had life insurance with Legal and General. When I told them I wasn’t aware of any, they just hung up on me.

After about 12 seconds, an automated voice just said ‘goodbye’. This has me worried - am I going to get charged for this call? Who was behind it and how on earth did they get hold of my number?
