The woman had a distinctly Asian accent. When she asked me to confirm my name, I replied ‘it is’, and I could hear shuffling papers on her end, but then she didn’t say a word after that. The caller had quite a foreign accent and incessantly insisted that I owed money while relentlessly prodding for my personal details.
