Had to deal with the consumer awareness centre about some unsecured debts, what a nightmare! Proper pain in the arse, so I just blocked them.

i use a bt call guardian phone and its really good cos when u call u gotta say ur name and then press the #, but this one never did that so i couldnt answer. lots of ppl here say its a scam anyway so i just blocked it along with loads of others ive had.

Avoid these calls, they're just after your bank info. I've already blocked about 40 numbers from Bristol, and then they started ringing from London, all trying the same trick of getting my banking details. Such a pain!
