Had a call from someone speaking with an Asian accent saying they were from BT’s tech team. I ended the call straight away because we've had loads of calls like this before and it's obvious they're not real BT reps. It’s really frustrating and quite risky since people might actually fall for it. Definitely looks like a scam to me.
