I received a rather peculiar phone call from an individual who claimed to represent the maintenance team. He repeatedly referred to me as ‘Mr Boylee’ while urging me to hit the Windows key and R at the same time. When I politely pointed out that he seemed to have the wrong person, he unexpectedly started hurling expletives at me, telling me to sod off and various other colourful phrases. Quite the charming conversation, indeed! - Caller: Indian chap.

Received a call from 02087674313 earlier today. I picked up and greeted, but didn’t get much further than that. A chap with a noticeable accent responded with a couple of hellos before abruptly cutting the line. I’ve been plagued by scam calls, particularly from TalkTalk, so I'm naturally quite wary. They seem to be getting increasingly crafty with the phone numbers they're using. This one came through at 10:42 on the 14th of November - just to note: the number was 02087674313.

I received a rather dubious call from someone claiming to be from Talktalk, and they even addressed me by name! It seems likely that they’ve obtained our details from that recent cyber breach, since we’re customers. I promptly ended the call and reported it to Talktalk, though I’m not holding my breath for any meaningful action from them!

Earlier today, on the 11th of September 2015 at precisely 11:20 in the morning, I received a phone call from a chap with an accent, who purported to be representing TalkTalk. He was insistent that I switch on my computer, despite my insistence that I had severed ties with TalkTalk over a year ago. His persistence was a bit much, so I decided to cut the conversation short and ended the call.

I received a call from this number at precisely 14:44 on 5th November 2015. There was a distant murmur of voices in the background, yet no one responded to my greeting. It has the hallmarks of a possible scam from Talk Talk, if you ask me.

I received a rather dubious call from a woman with a thick accent, purporting to be from TalkTalk. She insisted there was an issue with my router and bizarrely mentioned that all my files had been downloaded. When I asked her to provide my first name for verification, she claimed they couldn't disclose such information, which struck me as odd since in my past dealings with TalkTalk, they’ve always confirmed my details. To top it all off, I haven't been a TalkTalk customer for the last four months! Quite the strange encounter, if you ask me!

I received a call from someone with an Indian accent, though the line was quite choppy. The bloke insisted he was from Talk Talk and requested a name that meant nothing to me. When I informed him that we had terminated our service several months back, he suddenly claimed we were owed a refund. The longer he rambled on, the more it dawned on me that this was likely a sketchy scam. At one point, he asked me to power up my computer. When I probed further about the legitimacy of the call, he rather rudely remarked, "Well, you're all acting like twits!" At that point, I couldn't hang up fast enough.

This afternoon, I received a rather peculiar call from a woman who had quite the foreign lilt in her voice, asserting she was from TalkTalk, my internet service provider. She insisted there were issues with my router and urged me to switch my computer on. Little did she know, it was already powered up, but I kept this information to myself. I expressed my doubts about the legitimacy of her call, to which she offered to provide the TalkTalk number for me to verify her claims. I politely turned her down, stating I would monitor my router's performance instead, before hanging up.

I received a call from this number at precisely 10:40 on the 28th of October, 2015. The chap on the line, who had quite an accent, purported to be from TalkTalk. He insisted that they owed me £200.00 and was asking for my details to process the refund. The thing is, I’m not currently a TalkTalk customer, though I was once upon a time. Odd, isn’t it?
