We didn't quite catch the name, so we decided to hang on to see if they'd ring back. However, after a couple of minutes, the line went silent. How very peculiar!

Credit Solutions Ltd. have a rather annoying habit of ringing our business line repeatedly, inquiring about VAT payments for a slew of companies that have long since ceased to exist. It's absolutely baffling - how many times must we clarify that we aren't associated with those firms, as they’ve been dissolved? It’s driving us round the twist! I mean, seriously, once a company has been shut down, what on earth makes these folks think it’s appropriate to keep pestering us? Are they really that clueless? And to keep contacting the previous accountant's office? Not the sharpest tool in the shed, are they?

I recently received a call from this number. When I tried to return the call, I was informed by the other end that they are identified as CSL. It seems rather suspicious and closely resembles Credit Solutions Ltd, doesn’t it? I did a quick search for CSL 0208.

Day in and day out, I find myself receiving calls that play a recorded message asking for my identification. Oddly enough, they refer to me as "Edinburgh Spaces" (which is most definitely not my name). Every time, they assure me that someone will ring back later. My phone number, assigned to me by BT just last year, seems to have been plucked from the ether! For the first six weeks after I got it, I was bombarded weekly by different callers trying to track down a long-gone art gallery, which suggests this might be a follow-up on some sort of debt. Honestly, don’t these callers check their records?

We're absolutely fed up with the incessant calls from this credit solution outfit. Is there any way I can take legal action against them? I'm curious how they've managed to obtain personal details like names, addresses, and phone numbers. If they're supposedly acting as VAT collectors, where on earth is HMRC in all this? We really need some guidance on how to handle this situation.
