I received a call featuring a rather peculiar robotic tone that seemed to be searching for someone who definitely wasn't associated with us. We confirmed that the number they dialed doesn't belong to the individual they were after (after pressing 2 for verification), and the callers mentioned they'd be in touch again. Looking forward to it!

I've had yet another call from these same folk today, and honestly, it's getting rather tiresome. The robotic voice was exactly the same, asking for someone who's definitely not me. What’s more, they’re now using a different number - 07826959375 this time. I'm really fed up with their persistence! Is there anyone we can reach out to, to get this sorted?

I've been inundated with calls from these folks who keep asking for someone that isn't me. It's quite infuriating, really! They tend to be rather impolite, often making threats and completely ignoring what I say. It's a right nuisance!

It's quite puzzling how these individuals managed to get hold of our landline number. I haven’t shared it with a soul, and everyone else has only had our previous number. I’m fairly convinced that we're on the ex-directory list. Isn't it against the law to access personal numbers without permission? How very alarming!

I received a call from this number linked to a company called Credit Solutions. It seems they’re affiliated with Carphone Warehouse, but I must say, their approach to debt collection doesn’t seem to adhere to proper guidelines. They’re quite insistent on only communicating with the person listed in their records. I’ve been warned that they might even send a debt collector round, which is rather concerning.

Here we are once more. Things had been relatively tranquil for about a week, but we decided to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office and the Telephone Preference Service. Now, it seems they've ramped up their efforts in retaliation! We've already had two calls today alone. I've submitted yet another grievance to the TPS and I'm currently trying to reach BT (good luck with that!) to request a block on these nuisance calls or even a change of number, since I'm supposed to be ex-directory and it feels like my details have been leaked!

It seems we’ve been getting calls from these folks who want us to wait while they prompt us to hit ‘one’. Is that even allowed? Quite frankly, it’s utterly infuriating to be put on hold by someone who’s interrupted my day! It feels rather intrusive, doesn't it? As a proud Brit, I’d expect a bit more decorum. CREDIT SOLUTIONS. Absolutely dreadful! A rather irritating automated system calls you and then just leaves you hanging on the line. Is that even permissible? Is there any way to get these nuisances barred by BT or something similar? Complete charlatans, I tell you! That's precisely what they are. Utterly spineless!

The phone buzzed once more at 20:05, this time inquiring about a certain Miss Cheng Lu. Well, I can assure you that’s not me! I’m becoming increasingly exasperated with this persistent hassle!

We've received another message from them, once more attempting to contact the very same person that we absolutely are not. They want us to call 08715721800 and speak to someone named James. Not happening! Does anyone know how we can put an end to this?

Just a heads-up, I’ve been receiving calls from CSL, a debt collection firm, and one of the numbers they've been using is 0208 763 4537, along with a few mobile digits. I hit a snag with my BT bill, which I tried to rectify, but BT wouldn't budge. So, I decided to switch providers and took my number with me-probably a bit daft on my part. They say I owe them £173.43, yet they keep insisting it’s £197. I’m more than ready to settle what I actually owe, but I refuse to pay their inflated figure. BT was utterly unhelpful in resolving the matter, and now it seems it's landed on CSL’s desk, who are demanding £240-ridiculous! There's no way I'm parting with that amount. They can keep ringing me, but I simply won’t pick up. If the calls are driving you mad, just unplug the phone! After all, with 1571 or an answering machine, genuine callers can leave a message. I’ve recently signed up for a "choose to refuse" service, which is free for the first month and then about £4 a month after that. It’s contract-free, so you can cancel whenever you fancy. You just need to add their numbers, and it blocks them from pestering you. You might have to register a few different numbers they use, but honestly, it’s a small inconvenience for some peace and quiet. Hope this info proves useful!

I’ve just received another call on my personal number. Once again, it was that automated voice. They’re still trying to reach someone else who clearly isn’t me!

Received a call earlier today and just had another from the mobile number listed above. Seems these individuals possess our mobile number (not our home one) and they seem to know our name, which is a bit concerning. We didn’t engage with the call - just hung up. As we’re not in any financial trouble, I’m baffled as to why they’re reaching out to us!

I gave them a call back only to discover that they operate under the name "Credit Solutions." It appears that they might be associated with debt collection or perhaps a rather questionable IVA outfit. Do exercise caution!

I've found myself receiving a series of calls lately from someone identifying themselves as Simon Bennette, which is rather amusing since I’m not that person! The voicemails are all repetitive and delivered by an automated system. I can’t fathom how these folks got their hands on my number; it’s quite baffling! After listening to a few of these messages, it became pretty clear that this is just some sort of nuisance caller making a racket. I've resolved to cease any communication with these calls moving forward. Honestly, it’s been a right bother, and I’m sure you can relate!

They've called us twice more following our last comment. I've realised that if you stay silent, the call disconnects because the voice activation doesn't kick in. So, who's the more irritated party now?!!

I've been bombarded with countless phone calls and texts from a bunch of random numbers, both mobile and local 0208 ones. I even told them off as we were feeling under the weather, but that clearly didn't do the trick since I received yet another call today. The numbers causing the hassle are 0208 7634537 and 0208 7634500. It's incredibly infuriating, to say the least!

I’ve been inundated with calls from CSL, all in pursuit of a certain Mr A Khan. They’ve even left a barrage of recorded messages on our voicemail, which is quite tiresome. After finally managing to speak to someone at their office, they assured me they would remove our number from their database. What a joke! The nuisance persists, and it’s particularly frustrating since this is our work phone.
