Today, I received a call from a chap named Ray who had an Asian accent. He asserted that he was calling from BT, mentioning some issues with my Internet and potential virus problems. When I mentioned that my husband handles these matters, he abruptly ended the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Had a phone call very early this morning, before 10 o’clock. The bloke on the other end had a thick Indian accent, claiming to be from BT’s internet security team. I couldn’t help but challenge him, saying, “You’re definitely not with BT, are you?” At that point, the line went dead. This has happened three times now with similar calls - it’s undoubtedly a scam!
