I got a call from Carphone Warehouse, and they started by asking if I spoke Hindi. Then they went off on one, saying if I don’t understand Hindi, why am I even living in the UK? They told me I was the dumbest person they’d come across and just ended up hanging up on me. Proper rude behaviour.
