A woman named Natasha Patell rang up claiming to be from BT security, saying something about our internet changing from private to public. The person on the account asked her how legit the call was, and it turned out he actually works for BT and was about to be in London soon. He told her he’d call back himself to sort it out. When he asked where she was based, she ended the conversation straightaway. We’re going to check things out with BT ourselves just to be safe.
