I’ve had yet another call from one of those 'car warranty' firms, this time claiming to be Warranty Direct, though I’ve never heard of them before. They keep asking for different versions of the names Mr or Mrs McArthur, Macarthy, Stewart... It’s all very odd. I've begun to think these are just made-up names to bamboozle unsuspecting folk. I've been screening calls like mad, given that I seem to receive over 500 calls from these dodgy numbers. It's getting quite tiresome, to be honest!

I just received yet another call from one of those 'car warranty' firms, this time claiming to be from Warranty Direct. It's always the same charade, though - they can't seem to decide if they're looking for Mr or Mrs MacArthur, MacCarthy, or Stewart! I must admit, I've never encountered either of these companies or those names before. I'm not one for picking up the phone when I don’t recognise the number, especially since I’ve been bombarded with over 500 similar dubious calls. This particular one was from Warranty Direct, just another in a long line of such calls.
