This number rings to refuse and waste services, but it’s also linked to Croydon Council’s parking division, headed by Mr Mustafa Shifa. They come off as dodgy and are pretty sneaky, trying to nick your things with clever talk. Watch out and good luck dealing with them!

Got a phone call from a stranger who just bluntly asked if I wanted to hook up. Totally caught me off guard and seemed pretty inappropriate. Definitely not the kind of call I was expecting!
