3 yearsWhen I picked up, a recorded woman with a British accent was already going on about some suspicious activity on my account before I even got the chance to say hello. She mentioned there were two attempted payments: one for £400 to Amazon and another huge transfer of over a grand to an overseas bank. The message told me to press 1 to approve these payments or 2 to talk to an operator. It was clearly a scam to me. I just kept quiet, hung up straight away, and looked up the number here.
