I received a call from a bloke saying he was with Openreach, telling me to link my laptop to the router but didn’t ask any of the usual security stuff. I just ended the call. Then they rang back, this time from numbers like 02087347049 and 02034452698. I had to unplug my router since it’s linked to my digital phone to get rid of the constant rings. Now I’ve blocked those numbers. After a chat with BT, I found out it was all a scam.
