I rang the number back and someone picked up. It was a woman with an Indian accent who said she was from the Thornton Heath post office. She kept saying they hadn’t made the call and insisted I was the one who dialled them. I told her I didn’t actually dial it, I just tapped the number from my missed calls. After a bit of back and forth, she finally admitted it wasn’t them. When I looked up the number on Google, the Thornton Heath post office showed up, along with a few other businesses like a local costcutter, so it’s all a bit confusing really.
