There was loads of background noise like a call centre when I got a call about a car crash. I asked where they had my info from, and they said "insurance". When I pressed for which insurance firm, they just told me to "shut up" and then cut me off. I tried calling the number back after using 1471 to check it, but all I got was a busy tone.
