They’re claiming to be from BT, banging on about unauthorised access to my broadband. The same woman has called from all those numbers, must think I'm her best mate! You can hear the hustle and bustle of some call centre behind her. It's clearly a scam, trying to pry access to your computer. She was reading off a script, no doubt about that. I've blocked them all. When I pointed out that she’d already rang me the day before, she just hung up - so rude! If it were a genuine BT representative, I’d expect a bit more professionalism.BT3 yearsReceived a couple of calls from someone purporting to be with BT, insisting there were unauthorised users tapping into my broadband. The same woman rang me from 0151 201 5685 both times - perhaps she's taken a fancy to me! There was quite a racket in the background, typical call centre noise. Clearly, they were just a bunch of scammers looking to gain access to my computer. She seemed to be reciting her lines straight off a script.
