020866837132 called me saying they were from some place called Platinum Shopping Centre in London - never come across it before. They started asking all sorts about my washing machine, like how old it was and what brand, plus stuff about my utilities and if I owned the place. I just made stuff up. The creepy part is, how on earth did they get my name and address right?
