I got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon, telling me there was a £99 purchase made using my account and asked if I wanted to keep it or cancel. I told them to cancel right away. Then they insisted on doing a two-step verification before proceeding. That’s when I said “this sounds fishy” and ended the call. I’ve looked on my Amazon account and there’s nothing there, so it’s obvious this was a scam attempt.
