I’ve been getting letters from ccscollect claiming I owe money on a vodafone account, which is weird 'cause I’ve never had one. The letter says I need to pay £185.61 to the number 02086654908. It looks pretty official but I’m not convinced it’s real. I did a quick search on ccscollect, and apparently they’re a real company. If anyone knows anything more about this, I’d really appreciate some advice.

I've been getting a bunch of letters from this company called CCS Collect, claiming I owe money on a Vodafone bill. The weird thing is, the only Vodafone bill I have is the one I'm paying off on time through an official collections agency. The amount they mention is totally different than what CCS Collect insists on. Plus, the debt they talk about is tied to an old Vodafone account I had years ago. I haven’t signed any new contracts with Vodafone in ages, but CCS Collect still go on about some service I'm supposedly using now, even threatening to disconnect it if I don’t pay up. It all sounds pretty fishy to me.

This is totally a SCAM, just ignore it! I've never had any account with Vodafone.

A while back I got a letter saying I owed money to CCSCollect for Vodafone. But I had already stopped my Vodafone service months earlier. When I rang Vodafone, they said that number was a scam and warned me not to deal with CCSCollect at all. Really dodgy situation.
