Though the number appears to be from London, the caller seemed to be based abroad. A lady on the line struggled with her English and eventually claimed to represent something called "British Choice." She insisted it would only take a couple of minutes of my time and assured me she wouldn’t bother me again. It didn’t seem like a survey company; rather, it felt more like some form of research operation. She had my personal details too, which makes me suspect it stemmed from that TalkTalk breach a while back. I've since blocked the number. Definitely a scammy vibe to the whole interaction.
