Despite our clear communication that we do not need their services, they relentlessly continued to ring our establishment, even suggesting that they had 'all the time in the world' to keep dialling us, which really hindered our ability to communicate effectively. Not only were the remarks made by this caller quite threatening, but they also included some rather disrespectful comments regarding the care industry and elderly support. He insisted that if he were forking out £800 a week, he’d expect entertainers daily-clearly, he hasn’t the faintest idea about the actual expenses involved in running a care facility!
