So, had some bloke with an Indian accent ring me up, said he was from BT or something. He tried to talk me through my "slow broadband" but honestly, he couldn't get through his spiel without chuckling. When I asked why he was giggling, he just hung up on me. These kind of calls are getting daft as hell nowadays.
