Someone just rang me claiming to be John from BT Openreach, but I don’t even have BT as my provider. When I told him to quit calling me, he just ended the call. They’ve been using various numbers to keep phoning me.

Got a call from a bloke who said he was from BT, telling me my internet was about to be disconnected. I told him straight away that I’m not even a BT customer and suggested he find a proper job instead of pestering folks. Wouldn’t you know it, he just ended the call. Classic scam, that one.

So, this guy Mark rings me, says he’s from BT Openreach, which I’m pretty sure doesn’t even call customers directly. I mentioned I couldn’t hear him properly and then they just dropped the call. I’ve had loads of calls like this all week, it’s getting annoying!
