Got a ring from this number earlier. The caller claimed to be from O2 and told me they’re sending a new SIM card because apparently 70% of users might face technical issues soon. They said I’d get the new SIM tomorrow. Not sure if this is legit or a scam. I only gave them an old email address (which I’ll check later), not the one connected to my account. They mentioned they’d email me a link to click on, which sounds a bit suspicious. I’m planning to pop into the O2 shop tomorrow to see what’s really going on.
