They’ve called me about six times now, claiming I can get an iPhone 14 Pro Max with free AirPods delivered the very next day for just £40 if I give them my bank details, including my card number and CVV. On the third call, I told them I’d already checked with Phone Warehouse and it was a scam. They kept insisting it wasn’t and said someone from their “back office” would ring me back in 10 minutes. Of course, nobody ever did. They then tried ringing me another three times, so I contacted my bank straight away and got my card cancelled just in case. Honestly, these scammers should find a real job instead of ripping people off. I’m based in Warrington and the calls came from a London number: 02086385699.
