+44 20 8638 3730 rang me earlier, but I didn’t pick up. They rang again and straight away there was music playing, which seemed really suspicious to me. Normally, when it’s a legit call, it rings properly first. I’m pretty sure this was some sort of scam. I’ve already had a dodgy experience a while back when a man pretending to be from my bank called. When I didn’t go along with what he was saying, he got nasty and started making horrible and inappropriate sexual remarks. Definitely dodgy stuff happening with these kinds of numbers!

I got a call from a woman with a foreign accent saying she was calling from Royal Mail. She said they had a parcel waiting for me at a South London delivery depot. According to her, it was from Amazon but didn’t have any postage on it. She already knew my name and my number, but then asked for my email so she could send over a receipt. That’s when I said I wasn’t convinced and she just cut the call. If I’d stayed on, I reckon she’d have tried to get my credit card info to cover the delivery fees.

Didn't answer this call cos the number looked unfamiliar. Had a quick look here and seems like it's linked to spam texts about parcels. Gonna block it now.

I got a call and as soon as I asked some questions and told them I didn’t feel safe sharing my info for payment, they just ended the call straight away.

Just got a call and quickly spotted it was a scam, so I fired off loads of questions at her! I called her bluff and she ended up hanging on me!
