I received a call from this individual, and when I told them I wasn’t keen, they immediately began to raise their voice at me. I ended the call, but they kept calling back, relentless as ever. My husband picked up on one occasion and she carried on with her shouting. I've since decided to block this number entirely.

I suspect this must be a scam. I received a rather cheeky voicemail that went something like this: "Greetings (my first name), just leaving a little note for you... how rude of you not to pick up when I called. Cheers!"
