His persistence was rather alarming. Initially, it was just a request for a hundred quid, but then it escalated to a staggering nine hundred ninety-nine pounds. It finally clicked for me, and I rushed to the bank to prevent any transactions from going through. Upon returning home, I discovered that someone was attempting to change the password for one of my other online accounts. The caller identified himself as Jack Canfield, and I must say, I found him to be rather menacing. Even after I deleted his number, he bombarded me with at least ten calls in a matter of five minutes.
