I got a call from someone pushing a loan, but they asked me for cash upfront before anything happened. They were really nasty and quite impolite throughout the whole chat. Definitely not a nice experience.

I got a call from this number claiming to be with Natwest’s fraud department, saying there was unusual activity on my account. They were quite convincing and knew exactly what to say, very slick with their info. Luckily, having fallen victim to a scam before, I spotted what they were up to straight away and told them they’d been caught out. After that, the line went dead pretty quickly. Don’t share any details if they ring you, and just block the number to be safe.

Got an email today saying my ebay order for an iPhone has been confirmed, but I never bought anything like that. The message said: "Great news! Your purchase went through. Get ready for a parcel packed with your favourite things. Joyful shopping is near." They want me to call customer support at +44 20 8638 5086. The delivery address they gave, 9 Elm St Birmingham B16 8PE, isn’t a real place. Seems dodgy to me.
