I get calls from the same sales woman almost every day, she was really persistent even though I told her I wasn't interested. At one point she asked if I was following what she was saying and when I told her it was confusing, she acted like I was still interested. Eventually I had to just hang up, but they kept ringing me back anyway!

Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust rang me for feedback about a recent hospital visit. They called on a Sunday, which was a bit annoying. I didn't pick up the first time, then answered the second call but hung up as soon as I worked out who it was. Honestly, I don't think my opinion about the appointment would change anything, so I can't be bothered with it. These calls are just a pain to me. I wish they'd just quit calling.

Luckily, I’ve put this number on my BT Call Protect block list - it kept ringing me 5 times last week! They’re after feedback about my recent hospital visit, but honestly, I’m not interested in that! They say it’s a ‘safe’ call, but it’s still such an annoyance! The only hospital calls I actually want are ones telling me my appointment’s been rescheduled!

Got a call from 02086190129 on Sunday the 10th of December 2017 at about 3pm. I didn’t pick up but when I looked the number up, loads of reports said it’s an automated call from the NHS. Can’t work out why they’d be calling on a Sunday though. It’s really annoying and doesn’t make the NHS look good at all. Even worse, calling St Helier is pointless - during the week I’ve tried ringing for an OPD appointment and after waiting through 35 to 40 rings, I just had to give up. This really needs to stop.

A recorded message asked about a patient who was in A&E the day before but gave no details, only saying they'd ring back within 24 hours. Got a call from this number on Sunday 27 August 2017. When I picked up, there was complete silence from the other side. Trying to call back, an automated voice said it was the NHS and that they’d ring back within 24 hours. Seriously, the NHS ain’t that organised to make calls on a Sunday!!!
