This was definitely a scam - got a recorded call telling me I’d be arrested for tax evasion unless I pressed 1 to talk to them. I knew it was a con, but it’s worrying how this stuff might terrify older folks or anyone not familiar with these tricks. When will authorities actually put a stop to this nonsense?
