The tragic bit is my dad died at that hospital almost two years ago! Luckily, mum’s pretty tough, but I can’t imagine how upsetting it’d be for someone more sensitive. My sister’s tried sorting it out with the hospital loads of times, both face-to-face and through letters, but nothing’s changed.
