If you ask EE, they can give you a list of numbers they actually use to get in touch, and I'm pretty sure this number doesn’t match any on that list. 40% off sounds way too good to be true, so I reckon it's a scam. I've had about four dodgy calls over the last couple of days, so this seemed fishy to me.
