We received a call from this number, but it won't allow us to return the call. We suspect it might be some sort of scam involving an unusual Asian individual. We simply hung up on the conversation.

Same experience here! I asked for the partner using his full name, and then it all went silent, followed by some rather loud inhaling. The voice had an Asian/Far Eastern twang to it. Absolutely not taking any calls from them. It's becoming quite maddening at this point!
