Someone rang me saying they were from Sky's tech support, telling me to check my internet and follow what she said to do. When I asked how she could be sure it was my connection without asking any security questions, she just said she didn’t need to. I ended the call straight away. It felt dodgy to me, though I don’t have proof it’s a scam.
