Sounds like a total scam to me.

I had a call from this number and was unsure about its origin. It turned out to be SkyNet Express, letting me know I had a parcel on the way which required some import duties to be settled. However, if you attempt to return the call, you'll just be connected to reception instead of the actual caller. So, do make sure to pay attention to the message for the proper number to reach them.
