They kept ringing first thing in the morning a couple times, but whenever I picked up, there was nobody on the line.

This number rang me early, around 8 in the morning, saying they're from Virgin Media. The person on the phone had a funny foreign accent and started asking if I'd noticed any issues with my internet. My connection is perfectly fine, so I told them straight up that it was all nonsense and sounded like a scam. I quickly hung up on them.

Some bloke called himself Max, said he was from Virgin. I told him straight up I reckon he’s a con artist, and he actually admitted it.
