She was keen to sell us some sort of service to block unwanted calls (can you believe it?). I politely informed her that we were already registered with the TPS, to which she promptly replied that she was aware of that. But then, she proceeded to pitch an ‘enhanced’ service - surprise, surprise, for a fee! It was quite clear that this so-called enhancement was nothing more than a load of hot air!
