I received a call from some firm wanting to chat with our Marketing team. I informed them that no one was free at the moment and requested they leave a message. The caller flatly refused to provide his name or the name of his company, and became quite disrespectful when I pressed for clarity. He actually said, ‘We’re not making any progress here' before I decided to terminate the call. Quite an unpleasant experience, really.
