They keep ringing and ask straight out for me by name! I just refuse to talk and put the phone down every single time.

I answered my phone but there wasn’t a single word, just complete silence on the other end.

Watch out! This sounds like a total scam. They tell you to sit at your computer, claiming some weird file has been installed that only they can fix... Just don’t fall for it. After that, they’ll probably try to get your card details. Stay safe!

Was just in the middle of my lunch and this number kept buzzing, real nuisance.

Got a call from someone saying there was an issue with my computer and asked me to hit the Windows key plus 'r'. Total scam, they want to take over your PC and probably drain your accounts using your passwords. Played along without actually doing anything on my end, then gave them a piece of my mind and told them exactly where to shove it. Made my day, just a couple of minutes of messing about :)

This number has called me more than a hundred times at least, always asking for someone who doesn’t even live here. It’s been happening non-stop for about a year, mostly during the day and early evening. They keep threatening to "take the details away" from my place, I don't know what that means, but they never stop. Then without fail, they ring back the very next day. It’s really annoying.
