Somebody rang me saying they were from BT internet, wanting to discuss my account - problem is, I don’t even have BT internet! It’s just another spam call, so don’t hand over any details, whether personal or not. The phone company that owns this number really ought to disconnect it to cut down on these annoying calls. Sure, they'll probably get a new number, but the more hassle they get, the better. I can’t stand telemarketers, so after a while I just put them on ice and let the call go nowhere, so they can’t bother anyone else.
