Had a call from someone who sounded like they were phoning from a call centre in India, but they were using VOIP to make it seem like a London number. There was loads of background noise and the accent was really hard to catch. The person claimed to be from BT and asked if I wanted to cut 30% off my contract. I just said no thanks, ended the call, and blocked the number.

Just got a message on my voicemail from some credit control or whatever it was, pretty irritating. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now! Spam for sure!

I got a call on my mobile from this number but I couldn’t answer before they hung up. Hardly anyone has my number since we live somewhere with terrible signal - even if it rings, it’s usually impossible to talk properly. Feels like it might be a scam call.
